We provide all the services you need to sell your house including purchase and sale agreements, consultation regarding listing your property, and contracting with a title company for closing. We can discuss every aspect of the purchase and sale agreement, advise on the importance of home inspections and surveys, and help you obtain third party contractors to perform all services required to sell your home. We provide all of these services for a one time flat fee, not a percentage of the sale.
